Pre-Visit Review
Before we meet, your property is reviewed using available site data so we can make the most of our time together.
On-Site Walkthrough
We walk your landscape together, discussing your goals, challenges, and opportunities in real time. You’ll receive immediate feedback, ideas, and professional guidance as we move through the space.
You will also receive a folder during our visit containing your property site data, along with my recommended partners and resources.
Clarity + Direction
Following our meeting, you will leave with a clearer vision for your outdoor environment and a better understanding of what it will take to get there.
What You’ll Receive
Within one week of our visit, you will receive a Custom Garden Assessment, a document tailored to your property. This includes:
Key observations and opportunities for your space
Planting recommendations suited to your environment
Ideas for layout improvements and hardscape elements (patios, walkways, etc.)
Resource recommendations, if applicable
Suggested next steps to move your project forward
This document is designed to give you practical, usable direction—whether you plan to implement changes yourself or move into a full design.
Budget Guidance
As part of your assessment, we provide a helpful framework for thinking about investment. A general guideline is allocating up to 15% of your home’s assessed value toward outdoor improvements.
This can include:
Landscaping and planting
Irrigation and lighting
Hardscaping (patios, decks, walkways)
Pools and outdoor structures
This serves as a starting point to help you make informed decisions and align your vision with your resources.
